YES, always! We scan your originals and work on digital copies only. Your original photos are never damaged, altered, or put at risk in any way. We handle originals with extreme care, and we’ve never lost or damaged a customer’s photo in 40 years.
Absolutely! We can carefully scan photos directly from albums without removing them (if they’re glued in). We can also digitize entire album pages if you want to preserve the layout. Many families bring in grandparents’ albums, and we restore the most important photos while preserving the originals in the album.
We can fix that! As long as you have all (or most) of the pieces, we can digitally reassemble and restore the photo. We’ve successfully repaired photos torn into 5, 10, even 20 pieces. Bring in all the pieces you have—even tiny fragments can help complete the image.
